New Post: This transaction cannot be processed. The amount to be charged is zero

I get the following error if I checkout as an anonymous user in NopCommerce 2.4:

We appoligize, but an error has occured. (sic)
10525 | Invalid Data | This transaction cannot be processed. The amount to be charged is zero.

Is there a fix for this?
