The most architectural way of configuring the javascript libraries would be the following
/Scripts/
------->jquery/
---------------->jquery.min.js
------->jquery.ui/
----------------->jquery.min.ui.js
------------------>images/
------------------->blablabla

This will maintain the images of a library in one location in case of an update.
